The Federation
Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) is an
association governed by Swiss law founded in 1904
and based in Zurich. It has 208 member
associations and its goal, enshrined in its
Statutes, is the constand improvement of football.
FIFA employs some 310 people from over 35 nations
and is composed of a Congress (legislative body),
Executive Committee (executive body), General
Secretariat (administrative body) and committees
(assisting the Executive Committee.
The SWFL
Community Sports Initiative is
part of the overall business plan for the Cape Coral
Hurricanes organization and it’s called the SWFL
Community Sports Initiative (SWFL CSI). Aside from
helping with some of the community outreach aspects
of the team, it’s going to help raise funds for
various youth sports groups and families that can’t
afford to have their talented children in advanced
sports. We’ll eventually have a representative on
our Advisory Board for the various sports
interacting with the community on these specific
needs including possibly college sports
scholarships.
It
will assist with our community outreach as well. We
plan on doing a few things with the Children’s
Hospital, a couple youth academies, various youth
organizations and help us do more community events.
We’re also establishing an Advisory Committee which
will have between 14-18 individuals on it to start
with helping with the direction of the organization.

The Cape Coral
Soccer Association is comprised of Select, Academy,
Recreation All-Stars, Lollipop and Recreation Teams
for Boys & Girls ages 4 to 18. The CCSA is guided by
an Executive and Administrative Board of Directors.
The CCSA employs a full-time Director of Soccer
Operations who leads the development of our soccer
programs.

This is a
very historic and well respected club in
Germany where they have two teams, one is in
the 4th Division of the German system and
one is in the 7th Division of the German
system. We have a special relationship
with them and have the ability to have our
players been seen and scouted by the
organization. We may even get a few of
their players after their season ends in May
to play on our team for a few months.
The CCSA is
the 2nd largest youth soccer organization in
the State of Florida. The have been
around for more than 20 years and are very
well respected and well run. We also
have a special relationship with them and
are counting on their continued support
throughout our season.
